Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ chicken (grilled chicken) or leftover roast poultry
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tbsp cocktail sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • chili salt
  • chili pepper
  • Harissa (harissa powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop all ingredients into small pieces and mix with the mixed dressing.
