Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the sweet potato and pat dry. Cut lengthwise into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Toast in a toaster on high about twice until the sweet potato is soft inside. Let cool briefly and top with your favorite toppings. For example, with avocado and egg or almond butter and banana.
