Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or soy yogurt ½ & ½
  • 1 bunch of fresh herbs, such as chives, parsley, lovage, oregano, e.g. garlic (if no chives
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, easy, quick and delicious

Mix the soy cream with lemon juice. Then add sea salt and pepper, and perhaps crushed garlic (if you don’t have any chives). Wash and finely chop all the fresh herbs. Add to the soy cream, stir, and refrigerate. The sauce will thicken a little more.
