Sweet puff pastry lasagna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese, 0.3% fat
  • 4 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp, stripped almond(s), finely chopped
  • Desiccated coconut, for sprinkling
  • some water
  • some milk, 1.5%

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with a little milk until smooth. Stir in the cocoa and almonds until the cream is browned. Cut the puff pastry into 4 narrow pieces, enough to fit a loaf pan. Line the loaf pan with baking paper and place the first piece of puff pastry on the baking paper base. Spread half of the cream on the first layer. Place the next piece of puff pastry on top and brush with a little water. Arrange sliced ​​bananas on top. Stack another layer of pastry, spread the remaining cream on the pastry, and place the last layer on top. Brush the last layer with a little water, if desired, and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Bake the “lasagna” at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
