Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 400 g pumpkin flesh, cooked
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead all ingredients together and let it rise for 20-30 minutes. Then bake at 190-200°C. Because of the vanilla sugar, I find that about 80g of sugar is enough to give the bread a sweet taste. Butter and/or jam go very well with it. If you don’t like it too sweet, simply add a teaspoon of salt and a little less sugar.
