A quick preface: Don’t worry too much about the amount of any one ingredient. If you’re running low on liquid, add more milk. This dish is very forgiving. Put the rice on the stovetop and cook according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Then deglaze with a little water. Add the bell pepper and the sliced apricots. Pour in a little milk and season with honey, salt, and cayenne pepper. Let it cook for about 30 minutes, then add the cooked rice.
