- 25 g ready-mixed fruit porridge, dry product, type of finely ground muesli
- some salt and pepper
- some mineral water, carbonated
- some chives

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Scrambled eggs with a twist
Whisk the egg with the fruit puree in a bowl. Add about 2 tablespoons of mineral water, salt, and pepper. Then fry in a pan and serve garnished with chives. It sounds really unusual, but I fell in love with this combination of salt and pepper, egg, and the sweet puree after making it for the first time.
