- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- some cinnamon
- Oil for the pan

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes
Scrambled eggs in a different way and so easy
Peel the banana, remove the fibers, and mash it with a fork until there are hardly any lumps, forming a slime. Then add the egg and a pinch of cinnamon and whisk with a fork until fluffy. Fry one side in the pan like a pancake. The “banana omelet” won’t flip, so continue frying like scrambled eggs. (The scrambled eggs don’t take very long; they cook quickly.) I didn’t need any additional sugar because the banana makes the scrambled eggs quite sweet.
