Sweet-sour-hot Halloween Soup

- 400 g Sweet and sour pickled pumpkin cubes
- 1 pole Fresh leek
- 3 piece Fresh tomatoes
- 1 piece Zucchini fresh
- 1 big Fresh onion
- 3 piece Clove of garlic
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 1 piece Sweet red peppers fresh
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tsp Chili paste
- Preparations: Chop the garlic and dice the vegetables.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan.
- Put the garlic in the oil and sauté briefly.
- Add onions and sweat with them. Stir well.
- Add the remaining vegetables and stir. Put the lid on the saucepan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir every now and then so that the vegetables don’t stick.
- Now deglaze the whole thing with the vegetable stock and cook again with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes.
- Now it’s time to add the cream cheese. When heated, the cheese becomes nice and liquid.
