Turkey Roll Roast with Bread Filling

The perfect turkey roll roast with bread filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Turkey breast from the butcher you trust
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth from stock
  • White wine
  • Salt, chilli and pepper from the mill
  • Bread full from my KB
  • 2 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 1 Pc Balancing act
  • 4 Pc Potato freshly peeled
  1. Wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Cut a large “schnitzel” out of the whole thing. The thinner the better
  2. Salt and season the cut meat properly. Apply the bread roll filling evenly and spread it on. Roll up the roast and lace up with a splits. (see image)
  3. Sear the roast on all sides in a high-temperature pan. Then put the roast in a frying pan, pour in some oil and fry for about 1 hour at 170 degrees. Pour white wine and broth several times over. Add the onions, herbs or potatoes to the pan as desired and fry with them. Finished
