Turkey Roll Roast with Bread Filling

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Turkey breast from the butcher you trust
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth from stock
  • White wine
  • Salt, chilli and pepper from the mill
  • Bread
  • 2 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 1 Pc Balancing act
  • 4 Pc Potato freshly peeled

Instructions
 

  • Wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Cut a large "schnitzel" out of the whole thing. The thinner the better
  • Salt and season the cut meat properly. Apply the bread roll filling evenly and spread it on. Roll up the roast and lace up with a splits. (see image)
  • Sear the roast on all sides in a high-temperature pan. Then put the roast in a frying pan, pour in some oil and fry for about 1 hour at 170 degrees. Pour white wine and broth several times over. Add the onions, herbs or potatoes to the pan as desired and fry with them. Finished
