Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 100 g honey
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
crispy with honey-hazelnut crust, makes approx. 45 pieces
Make a shortcrust pastry from the first 6 ingredients, wrap in cling film, and chill for an hour. Divide the dough, roll into logs, and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and make a hollow in the slices. Fill with the honey mixed with hazelnuts. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes using top and bottom heat. Dust the warm cookies with powdered sugar! Once cooled, store in tins.
