Sweet Zucchini Pan

The perfect sweet zucchini pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 St Zucchini
  • 1 St Red peppers
  • 1 Can Mandarins 425 ml
  • 0,5 St Diced onion
  1. Cut the zucchini into slices. Quarter the slices.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips
  3. Sauté the onion cubes, add the zucchini and paprika, stew briefly
  4. Add the mandarins with the juice and reduce a little.
