Kohlrabi and Zucchini Stir-fry with Pears

The perfect kohlrabi and zucchini stir-fry with pears recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 St Kohlrabi
  • 1 St Zucchini
  • 1 Can Pears 850 ml
  • 0,5 St Diced onion
  1. Cut the kohlrabi into sticks
  1. Cut the zucchini into slices, then quarter
  1. Cut the pears into bite-sized pieces
  1. Sauté the onion cubes, add the kohlrabi sticks, simmer for 10 minutes
  1. Stir in zucchini and pears as well as the collected juice and simmer covered for another 10 minutes.
  1. Serve with rice or pasta
