For the base, mix the flour and baking powder together and pile up. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, add the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar, mix to combine, sprinkle the butter flakes around the edge, and knead from the outside into a dough. Line a greased springform pan dusted with lightly floured baking pan with the dough, pulling the edges up about 3 cm. Spread the fruit (peel and thinly slice the apples) over the base and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. For the glaze, beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, sour cream, and cornstarch until well combined. Pour onto the pre-baked base. Bake at 200°C for a further 45 minutes.
