The perfect swiss bürli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Rye flour
  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 340 g Lukewarm water
  1. I’m going to let you partake in my breakfast today. Prepare the dough the evening before. Dissolve the yeast in water and mix everything well. Let rest in the fridge overnight.
