  • 400 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Rye flour
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 340 g Lukewarm water

Instructions
 

  • I'm going to let you partake in my breakfast today. Prepare the dough the evening before. Dissolve the yeast in water and mix everything well. Let rest in the fridge overnight. Before showering, place the dough in a cam-like pattern on baking paper with a tablespoon. Preheat the oven to approx. 210 degrees on top and bottom heat. Take a shower and then bake the Bürlis for about 25 minutes. To check, stick a wooden picker in the burli ........ If the dough sticks to the wood, the little rascals need a little more.
