Swiss chard with dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g chard (approx. 1 stalk)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 50 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, levelled honey
  • salt and pepper

ideal side dish for fish

Finely dice the onions and press the garlic through a press. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and cut into fine strips. Trim and wash the chard, then cut it into strips about 1-2 cm wide. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the chard and tomato strips and cook for about 5-10 minutes, to taste. Season to taste with salt, pepper, honey, and lemon juice.
