Berry Crumble

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 140 g butter
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g berries, mixed or of your choice (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the crumble, combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Now add the softened butter, preferably in small pieces. Mix everything with your fingers until a fine crumble forms. Place the berries in an ovenproof dish. Mix the honey with the lemon juice and drizzle over the berries. Finally, drizzle the crumble over the berries and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crumble is brown and the berry juice is bubbling. Serve hot, best with some ice cream or whipped cream.
