Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour, type 405
- 70 g butter
- 5 g salt
- 100 ml water

- 500 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 2 eggs
- 200 g cheese (Gruyere, Appenzeller), grated
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Make a dough from the listed ingredients and let it rest for one hour. Prepare the filling like an omelet batter, adding the grated cheese at the end. Grease a tart pan or line it with baking paper and line it with the dough. Prick the dough all over with a fork and add the filling. Bake at approximately 200°C for 30 minutes.
