Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g Gouda, Dutch
- 250 g cooked ham
- ¼ liter crème fraîche
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, white

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough. Roll out the finished dough in a springform pan so that it forms a rim around the sides of the pan. You can also spread it on a baking sheet or in a shallow baking dish. Then chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour. For the topping, grate the cheese and finely dice the ham. Mix both in a bowl with the crème fraîche and the eggs. Season generously with salt and pepper. Spread the finished topping over the dough. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 30-40 minutes.
