Quark casserole with honey and fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp, heaped flower honey
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 80 g semolina, fine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 m.-sized pear(s) and/or apples
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Whisk the eggs and honey until frothy. Stir in the quark and salt. Stir the baking powder and semolina into the mixture. Peel and core the pears/apples, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a buttered dish. Pour the mixture over the pears and mix lightly. Bake on the lowest rack of the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35-40 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold.
