Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg schnitzel or minced meat
- 1 can/n mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 onions
- 250 ml tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp steak seasoning mix
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Brown the meat and place it in a pan. Mix the ketchup with Tabasco and steak seasoning mix. Layer everything on top of each other. Cover and let it simmer for 24 hours. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours at 180°C (350°F). Just before eating, pour in 1 cup of cream. Then simmer uncovered for about another 30 minutes. Perfect for parties!
