Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 250 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise, and score the tops. Place them on an oiled baking sheet and season with salt. Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius. Mix the Gouda cheese and sweet cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Bake for another 20 minutes at a reduced temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. Serve with a large green salad.
