Ingredients
 

  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 500 g According to minced meat
  • 1 bottle Salsa sauce (e.g. Texicana Salsa)
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Sour cream
  • 250 g Grated Gouda cheese
  • 1 bag Taco Chips Chilli
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot pink paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the salad, cut it into small pieces and place in a large bowl
  • Drain the beans and corn
  • Sear the minced meat, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, let it cool and spread it on the salad
  • Top with the salsa sauce, then add the beans and corn
  • Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and sprinkle them on top. Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread on the salad
  • Sprinkle everything with the cheese and chill
  • Before serving, break the saco chips in the bag and then spread them on the salad
