Tagliatelle with brunch spinach sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g tagliatelle
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 450 g frozen leaf spinach (thawed)
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 300 g Brunch (bread spread “Fine Herbs”)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in a pan. Add the spinach and vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in the brunch and Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the tagliatelle.
