Minute steaks with mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 steak(s) , (minute steaks)
  • ½ pack of mushrooms, frozen
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some milk
  • n. B. Maggi
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minute steaks thoroughly. Add frozen mushrooms (not fresh ones, as they don’t impart as much flavor) and fry. Finally, simply add the sour cream and as much milk as needed to make it creamy. Season with Maggi, pepper, and paprika. Serve with salad and fries.
