Tortellini tuna casserole à la Anne

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, filled with cheese
  • 500 g tortellini filled with ricotta and spinach
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g processed cheese, with herbs
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • some milk
  • some meat broth (instant powder)
  • some herbal salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (preferably Edam)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water as directed on the package. Drain the tortellini in a colander and reuse the pot for the sauce. Add all ingredients (except the tortellini, tuna, and cheese) to the pot and heat gently while stirring. Season to taste. Transfer the tortellini and tuna to a greased baking dish, pour the sauce over the tortellini, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven).
