Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp broth
  • possibly sauce thickener, light
  • 400 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and melt in the butter. Add the cream, milk, and white wine and simmer slightly. Press in the garlic and season with sugar, stock, and pepper. If you prefer a creamier sauce, you can thicken it with a light sauce thickener.
