  • ½ cup mild yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Cut the iceberg lettuce into large pieces. Cut the cucumber, which is first sliced ​​not too thin, into strips. Cut the apple into strips. Coarsely grate the carrot. Finely dice the onion. Mix the vegetables in a bowl. Make a dressing from the yogurt, sour cream, and mustard, and mix it into the vegetables. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. I often omit the lettuce leaves and use mayonnaise instead of the yogurt.
