Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce à la ma-ja

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • margarine
  • 1 can Italian herbs
  • some sauce powder (cream)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion, dice it, and sauté it with the crushed garlic clove until translucent. Clean the mushrooms, slice them thinly, and sauté them. Once they’re tender, add the Italian herbs. To make the sauce nice and creamy, thicken it with a little cream sauce powder. Simmer for a few minutes. Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, spoon it over the tagliatelle, and serve.
