Yogurt bomb

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, or some grated lemon peel
  • 500 g berries, frozen or fresh, e.g. mixed berries, raspberries, strawberries
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Extremely simple, looks great and is super easy to prepare

The day before, mix the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt mixture. Line a sieve with a clean tea towel and place it on top of a larger bowl. Pour the mixture into the sieve and refrigerate overnight. The next day, tip the yogurt mixture out of the sieve onto a platter. Thaw the frozen fruit. Set some aside for decoration. Puree half of the fruit and add the rest whole. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Surround the yogurt bomb with fruit and decorate. A simple recipe that will surely impress guests. It’s easy to prepare, looks great, and tastes delicious. Especially popular in summer.
