Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 350 g sugar
- 500 g flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 170 ml condensed milk, 7.5% fat
- Fat, for the shape
- Breadcrumbs , for the form
Instructions

Makes 3 pieces – great for freezing
Cream softened butter or margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the flour with the baking powder and stir in the condensed milk. Divide the batter into 3 portions and place one portion into each greased and breadcrumb-dusted fruit base dish. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 10-15 minutes. Let cool briefly in the dish, then turn out and cool completely on a wire rack. Top with fruit or freeze first—this way you’ll have a fruit base ready for when unexpected guests arrive.
