Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
  • 75 ml mayonnaise (you can also use low-calorie mayonnaise)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 box of cress
  • 2 tbsp fried onions, Danish
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and halve the cooled eggs, carefully remove the yolks, and place them in a bowl. Whisk the egg yolks with mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe a portion into the hollows of each egg. Sprinkle the eggs with fried onions and serve on a bed of cress. It tastes delicious and is a must-have for any cold buffet.
