Tagliatelle with prawns in wild garlic and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g tagliatelle
  • 225 g shrimp(s)
  • 30 g wild garlic
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 3 spring onions, depending on size
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thaw the frozen prawns at room temperature ahead of time. Bring salted water to a boil for the pasta. In the meantime, wash and roughly chop the wild garlic. Clean the spring onions and slice into fine rings. Halve the cherry tomatoes or quarter them if desired. Once the water is boiling, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions. Then add the prawns and fry briefly. Add the cherry tomatoes and wild garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the white wine. Next, stir in the cream cheese and crème fraîche and simmer over medium heat until reduced slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce and enjoy.
