Tagliatelle with tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 250 g tomatoes, peeled
  • 2 onions
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, fry the diced onions in oil until translucent. Add the diced tomatoes and cream and let everything reduce slightly. Then add the tuna, bring everything back to a boil, season, and mix with the drained pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
