Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp tuna (bonito)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. When the pan is hot enough, add the mixture. Gently mix with a fork until half cooked. Now fold the whole thing in half. Then fold both ends in as well. Make sure to flatten the egg after folding. Remove the pan from the heat and divide the omelet into two portions.
