Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken fillet(s) – tips or chicken breast fillet
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 piece(s) ginger (approx. 1 x 1 cm)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp spice paste (tandoori paste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Place the chicken fillet tips in a bowl, add the vinegar and salt. Finely chop the ginger and garlic, add them to the chicken along with the yogurt and tandoori paste, and mix well. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the marinated chicken on it. Bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
