Tandoori Chicken
The perfect tandoori chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chicken drumsticks or 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Ground garlic
- 2 tsp Ground ginger
- 400 ml Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 6 tbsp Tandoori spice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the chicken legs and cut them at the joint. Cut into the meat with the knife.
- For the marinade: mix the yogurt with the spices, honey and lemon juice.
- Spread the marinade over the chicken pieces and chill in the fridge for at least 12.
- Fry the chicken pieces in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Halve the roasting time for chicken breasts.
