Chicken Tandoori Style

- 1 Pc. Roast Chicken
- 4 Pc. Garlic cloves pressed
- 0,5 tsp Saffron powder
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 1,5 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Ghee or clarified butter
- Skin the chicken. Then mix the garlic cloves, lemon juice and spices and rub the chicken inside and out with the spice paste. Let it marinate for at least a day.
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C to cook. Let the ghee melt. Place the chicken on the gridiron and slide a drip pan underneath. Let the chicken roast for about 45 minutes, pouring the liquid ghee over and over again.
