  • 0,5 tsp Saffron powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1,5 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Ghee or clarified butter
