Tapioca White Wine Orange Pudding

The perfect tapioca white wine orange pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the seasoned syrup

  • 50 ml Semi-Dry white wine
  • 50 ml Southern Comfort
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 3 piece Cardamom pods
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon blossoms
  • 1 For the tapioca pudding
  • 100 ml Semi-Dry white wine
  • 20 ml Southern Comfort
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 small Cinnamon stick
  • 3 teaspoon Tapioca starch
  • 3 Anything else…
  • 1 whole Orange
  • 2 teaspoon Pistachios

First cook the spice syrup …

  1. Bring white wine, southern comfort (or another orange liqueur), lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon blossoms and cardamom capsules to the boil and then reduce for about 20 minutes until it thickens like a syrup
