Ingredients

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • 4 piece Woolly sausages / puffy sausages
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Clean the Brussels sprouts and boil them in a saucepan with water.
  • Peel and quarter the potatoes, also cook in the water.
  • Fry the sausages when the Brussels sprouts and potatoes are almost done. Please don't fry the sausages as dark as I do. Unfortunately, I missed it. But you could still eat them.
  • Do not cook the Brussels sprouts too soft. Then place them in a cream sauce with a little nutmeg and vegetable stock. Reduce the sauce a little. Salt and pepper as you like it. I usually also use half milk and half cream, so it's not so fat.
  • When everything is ready, just let it taste.
