Tartar Hamburger XXL

The perfect tartar hamburger xxl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Beef tartare
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Gourmet steak sauce
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 piece Tomatoes
  • 100 g Pickled cucumber
  • 4 piece Hamburger bun with sesame
  • 4 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 2 piece Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Carrots from the jar
  1. Wash, quarter and core the bell pepper and cut out the white walls and dice.
  2. Pull the garlic cloves over the ears and chop them into small cubes.
  3. Sieve and chop the carrots.
  4. Sauté the peppers and Kobi (it’s better for the third teeth to chew * grin *).
  5. Mix the tartar with 3 tbsp of the gourmet sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Now we add the steamed peppers and garlic as well as the chopped carrots.
  7. Moisten your hands and form 4 large meatballs.
  8. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the burgers. Tartare has to be well done because of the danger of salmonella!
  9. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
  10. Cut the pickles lengthways into slices.
  11. Cut the sesame hamburgers and toast them in the toaster.
  12. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.
  13. Place a lettuce leaf and a hot meatball on each of the toasted underside of the hamburgers and top with slices of tomato and cucumber.
  14. Lid off and put in the wide open mouth with it.
  15. The rest of the gourmet sauce can be enjoyed as a dip. Just like a delicious beer. Good Appetite!
