Olive Cream for Delicious Crostini

- 1 floor Basil
- 100 g Pitted green olives
- 1 Pcs. Dried hot peppers
- 1 packet Pine nuts
- 2 tbsp Good olive oil
- 12 Discs Thin white bread
- Pluck the basil leaves and wash them.
- Now finely puree the olives, peppers, pine nuts and oil. I add a little salt, but you have to taste it first.
- Toast the bread slices and brush with the olive cream. A little tip: I roast pine nuts separately again and sprinkle them over the olive cream !!!! It’s really easy and delicious. You have to determine the heat yourself and possibly add a second pepper.
