Olive Cream for Delicious Crostini

The perfect olive cream for delicious crostini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 floor Basil
  • 100 g Pitted green olives
  • 1 Pcs. Dried hot peppers
  • 1 packet Pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp Good olive oil
  • 12 Discs Thin white bread
  1. Pluck the basil leaves and wash them.
  2. Now finely puree the olives, peppers, pine nuts and oil. I add a little salt, but you have to taste it first.
  3. Toast the bread slices and brush with the olive cream. A little tip: I roast pine nuts separately again and sprinkle them over the olive cream !!!! It’s really easy and delicious. You have to determine the heat yourself and possibly add a second pepper.
