Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 rollmops, total approx. 200g
- 1 small apple, red
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g sour cream
- some pepper, freshly ground
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions

Finely chop the rollmops and the gherkins wrapped in it. Coarsely grate the apple with its peel and mix with the lemon juice, rollmops, and sour cream. Season with pepper. Chop the dill, reserving a few stalks for garnishing. Mix the dill into the rollmops mixture. Serve on plates and garnish with a sprig of dill. Serve with farmhouse bread or potato pancakes. Serve as an appetizer, this dish serves 4 to 5 people.
