Tarte Flambée Toast or Bread Roll
The perfect tarte flambée toast or bread roll recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 200 g Sour cream or sour cream
- 2 Spring onions fresh
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 150 g Grated cheese (e.g. mozzarella or Gouda)
- Toast or bread roll
- Salty and lots of pepper
- Chives
- Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream or sour cream in a bowl. Chop or dice the spring onion and ham and mix in with 2/3 of the cheese in the bowl. Spread the toast or bread roll and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and then bake toasts / rolls for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the cut run over toasts / rolls for serving.
