Tarte Flambée with Salami

The perfect tarte flambée with salami recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Jar 425 ml Sauerkraut
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 1 pack Fresh tarte flambée or pizza dough
  • 100 g Salami
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Paprika
  1. Finely chop the bell peppers and spring onions
  1. Roll out the dough and place on the baking sheet
  1. Mix the sour cream with salt, pepper and paprika and then spread evenly on the dough
  1. Spread the bell peppers and spring onions on top
  1. Cover with sauerkraut and top with salami
  1. approx. Bake for 15 minutes at 230 degrees top and bottom heat
