Tarte Flambée with Salami
The perfect tarte flambée with salami recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Jar 425 ml Sauerkraut
- 1 Red pepper
- 150 g Sour cream
- 1 pack Fresh tarte flambée or pizza dough
- 100 g Salami
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Paprika
- Finely chop the bell peppers and spring onions
- Roll out the dough and place on the baking sheet
- Mix the sour cream with salt, pepper and paprika and then spread evenly on the dough
- Spread the bell peppers and spring onions on top
- Cover with sauerkraut and top with salami
- approx. Bake for 15 minutes at 230 degrees top and bottom heat
