Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 g yeast, fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g dried meat
- 1 bunch of chives
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g cream, fresh
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tsp Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Combine flour, water, salt, and yeast in a dough, then add olive oil at the end. Let it rise for about 1 hour, then roll it out on a prepared baking sheet. Discard the dried meat from the cartilage and finely chop it. Finely chop 1 bunch of chives. Mix the sour cream, fresh cream, and sour cream with Fondor and spread it on the dough. Sprinkle with bacon and chives. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
