Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 340 g tarte flambée dough (4 sheets of 85 g each)
- 400 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce, very hot
- 1 jar jalapeño(s), sliced, approx. 335 g
- 2 tsp, heaped cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium-sized onions, sliced
- 150 g Cabanossi with chili
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the sour cream with pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and the siracha sauce. Thinly slice the onion and Cabanossi. Place the tarte flambée batter on a baking sheet. Spread the seasoned sour cream over the batter. Top with the Cabanossi and onion rings. Drain the jalapenos and then arrange the rings over the batter. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
