Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

extraordinary and delicious, also vegetarian possible

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Unroll the tarte flambée on the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Mix the crème fraîche with the goat’s cheese and spread evenly over the dough. Cut the goat’s cheese into pieces and the bacon into small cubes, and spread both evenly over the cream. Finely chop the garlic or chives, spread them over the cheese, and bake in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. Grind the papaya pepper (or peppercorns) into a mortar and pestle and sprinkle over the top. Gourmet tip: Drop dollops of tomato jam onto the tarte flambée. For vegetarians: Simply omit the bacon; it tastes just as good without it.
