Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls (protein rolls)
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 75 g diced ham
- 50 g cheese, grated
- onion(s)
- Garlic
- herbal salt
- pepper

Low carb, quick and easy
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into a bowl, add onions (either fresh or dried), garlic (either as a spice or fresh), salt and pepper, and season to taste. Then add approximately 75g of diced ham and about 50g of grated cheese and mix everything together. Once everything is mixed together, it should form a nice, creamy mixture. If it’s still too runny, add more cheese. Then cut open the two egg white rolls and spread the mixture on the rolls with a tablespoon. The mixture can be spread a little thicker, but that’s a matter of taste. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
