Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • ½ cup of sour cream (150 g)
  • 50 g diced ham
  • n. B. onion(s)
  • 50 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Spread the puff pastry out and spread with the sour cream. Scatter the ham cubes over the top and thinly slice the onions. Finally, spread the grated cheese on top and roll up the puff pastry from the long side. Moisten a knife and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Place these on a baking rack lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes. The amount of sour cream and cheese can be adjusted according to personal preference.
